On behalf of the Senior Variety Show, SVS Board Vice President Jeanette Abrams receives a check of $300 from Stephanie Clark of the Ames Town and Country Kiwanis. Clark is the chair of the club’s Community Services Committee.
In place of this year’s traditional August show, SVS continues to encourage seniors in the performing arts through weekly entries of talented local seniors on its Facebook page. It is also honoring its commitment to Freedom Flight in sending 25 Story County Veterans to Washington D C in 2021.
Ames Town and Country has been a supporter of the senior show for the past 23 years, both financially and through volunteer involvement.
