2025 Grant Recipients
SVS board members Kitty Fisher, Beth McPhail, and Pat Meek congratulate the local senior programs and projects that were chosen to receive net proceeds generated from this year's show. The representatives of these select organizations are: Jan Schmidt (American Legion's Wreaths Across America); Greg Daley (Ames Ecumenical Housing, Inc.); Cassie Vance (Ames History Museum); Jim Kilmer (Heart of Iowa Band); and Tiffany Tope (Seniors in Story). Thank you all for enriching the lives of seniors in many ways.
SVS averages donations of over $10,000 each year to benefit our local senior population. Over the years that has amounted to nearly a quarter of a million dollars. Thank you---sponsors, SVS volunteers, performers, and community supporters for enabling this financial encouragement to continue.
